The Philosopher, the first School of the University of ioannina, Ioannina, greece, was founded in 1964 in the heart of north-western Greece, in a city with a deep cultural tradition. In the Departments of Philology, History and Archaeology, Department of Philosophy (former Section F.E.W.), treated a variety of disciplines supported by the exchange programs of students and staff Erasmus+, internships, summer courses, workshops, archives, remarkable Museums, field trips, workshops, conferences and lectures. The Graduate degree Programs, cross-sectoral, cross-departmental and inter-university, demonstrate a high level, as inferred from the subsequent scientific presence of the graduates and candidates of them.
